There are 'how-to' notes and videos that show you exactly how to do certain tasks. You can ask for help on a particular problem and we'll add it to the list of answers.

You can have your own webpage, invite your family or friends to a video chat - and actually see each other on your computer screens. Imagine that - see and hear each other - it's almost as good as being there in person.

You can have an audio chat - through your computer, speak to each other just like on the telephone - but with no long distance call costs.
